Step 1. Apply an apostille to the original certificate
An apostille is a stamp that the Service for Supervision in Education of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Education) places on original documents in order for them to be accepted in other countries.
To apostille documents, they are submitted in person to the Department of Education or through the State Services website. Before this, you must pay the state fee.

Step 2. Make an official translation of the apostilled certificate
