- winter rental – rental of real estate in Spain from October 1 to May 31. High season, that is, the months from June to September inclusive, are not rented using this form. The lease can begin from any number of specified months, and not just from the 1st, but its minimum duration must be from 1 month (30 calendar days) or more. The cost of the service is also 25% (including VAT) of the rental price.
- long-term rental – rent for a period of 12 months. The cost of the service for the owner is the price of one rent per month.
