Guardianship in Spain is issued in cases where a minor child plans to obtain a student visa and study in Spain. Guardianship will be needed while studying at school, college, language courses or preparatory courses for entering a university. If you have decided on a guardian in Spain who will act as a guarantor for your minor child, then in our company you can get full legal advice on the procedure for registering guardianship in Spain.

The procedure for registering guardianship in Spain is as follows: you consent to the study of an unaccompanied minor child and indicate the details of the guardian who is responsible for him in Spain. This consent must be notarized, legalized and consular translated. Based on this document, the guardian certifies his consent to the Spanish notary.
