If a work permit is requested for a period of more than 6 months, the employer is also required to pay a state fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The period for consideration of the application is 3 months. The refusal can be appealed within the time limits established by law. If a positive decision is made, the validity period of the work permit will coincide with the validity period of the employment contract and, of course, will in no case exceed the validity period of the student visa.<\/p>\n<h2>Student visa with the right to work for a student in Spain for himself<\/h2>\n<p>Unlike hired work, student self-employment in Spain can be either part-time or full-time. However, the period of full-time employment cannot exceed three months and in no case should it coincide with the period of study. And, of course, the student must have all the necessary professional skills required to conduct his chosen economic activity. In some cases, membership in the relevant professional body may be required.<\/p>\n<p>When a student requests the right to work as an entrepreneur, the migration service will require confirmation of sufficient funds to implement the project (in addition to the minimum required for accommodation), and, of course, the business project itself.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to work for yourself, the student himself prepares and submits the entire package of documents. The package includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Form EX-12 application, completed and signed in duplicate by the employer.<\/li>\n<li>Original and copies of all pages of a valid passport.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of the required professional qualifications, including details of membership of the relevant professional body (if required).<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of the ability to combine work and study without compromising the latter.<\/li>\n<li>Financial documents confirming the availability of sufficient funds.<\/li>\n<li>Business project with a description of the planned economic activity, sources of financing, expected profitability, number of jobs created, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Any other documents that the student himself deems necessary to submit in support of his project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the right to work is requested for a period of more than 6 months, you will need to pay a state fee.
